Ken & Jerri began service with World Witness in 1981, serving the Vai tribe of Liberia from 1983-1991, and in Pakistan from 1993-1999. From 2009-2019, the Lotzes served with the ARPConnect ministry, where Ken focused on mobilizing the church for effective disciple-making among Ms living in North America. In 2019, Ken was appointed by World Witness as Vice President for Partner Relations for PAK7 US, part of a Christian media ministry in Pakistan. In October 2023, Ken retired from missionary service and now serves as a Volunteer in Missions (VIM) with World Witness.

Ken grew up in Pakistan, graduated from California State University, and has seminary degrees from Fuller School of World Mission in California and Erskine Seminary, with further graduate studies in Economic Development from Eastern University in Pennsylvania. Jerri graduated from California State University and has a Master's in Education from Wingate University. Her teaching experience includes Los Angeles Baptist High School, the International School of Karachi, Charlotte Christian School, and Back Creek Christian Academy.
