Bill & Janet McKay

Bill and Janet McKay have been serving, since 2014, as World Witness Volunteers in Missions, at CHS in Pakistan. In 2014, Bill retired after 40 years in the printing business, and in 2016, Janet retired after 40 years as a Registered Nurse (having predominantly worked in Maternity/Obstetrics). When in Pakistan, Janet uses her nursing skills to teach and work alongside the RN’s and medical staff at CHS. Bill uses his 30-plus-years’ experience as a church elder and clerk to work with and teach the CHS Spiritual Services team and to assist Keith and Rhoda Ackerman, administratively, as a volunteer coordinator. Some major achievements they have seen over the past 4 years at CHS include the growth and visibility of the hospital in the community, the renovation and relocation of the Maternity/OB ward and ICU, as well as a Basic Catechism taught to a large number of the hospital staff.
