College students and adults who are mature Christians ready and willing to minister, and who have experience sharing their faith in a difficult cross-cultural situation.
While all volunteers do not need to be from the same church, we would prefer to have volunteers coming from no more than 3 different churches so they can pray, prepare and plan with others before arriving in Germany.
English Camp
The week-long English Camp is for German children ages 8-12 who already speak English. It is an opportunity for them to practice their conversational English with Americans, and to enhance their grammar skills. The format is a fun environment using games, skits, music, outdoor activities, and one-on-one tutor time. The curriculum will be provided to the team by the host missionaries, with pre-trip training, planning and preparation. There will be a program and party for the parents at the end of the week.
Estimate cost is $3500 per person and to be determined based on the number of people in a group and current airfares.
Cost includes flight, lodging, meals, in-country transportation, cultural experience, and required volunteer travel medical insurance.
